Position. Fitout was good. security was good. apartment was clean and comfortable.
Towels were tiny. It wasn't idea jhaving to go to the offfice to get keys etc as we had a lot of luggage and had to walk from the office to the apartment with luggage. It would be good to be offered the chance to access the apartment and then head to office to pay etc.
